Important Ordering
Information
- We ship UPS whenever possible.
In-stock items are sent out within 24 hours for delivery in 2-5 business
days.
- You will be notified of any delays of
over 20 days in shipping items.
- Items ordered together will not
necessarily be shipped together.

Methods of Payment
Open Account (Business Only)
- Upon approval of your account,
terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Credit applications can be
requested by phone, mail or fax and take a minimum of 1-2 weeks for
processing. Should an account be placed for collection, the customer
agrees to pay all collection costs including attorney fees and
collection agency fees.
Taxes
- Sales tax is required on all
Massachusetts deliveries only. Customers who furnish us with their
Resale Tax Certificate are exempt from paying sales tax.
Customer Satisfaction
- If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days from
the receipt of your order and we will gladly refund your money, exchange
the item, or credit your account.
Back Orders
- Indicate whether we can back order
any item in stock.
